Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Garlic Recipe

What you will need:

  • -20-25 Organically Grown Brussel sprouts
  • – 4-5 Tablespoons of La Tourangelle Garlic Oil
  • – A Sharp Knife
  • – Parchment Paper
  • – 1 Large Baking Sheet

-Preheat oven to 350 F.

-Wash Brussel sprouts thoroughly in water, shake off excess and pat dry.

-With a sharp knife, cut off the stems at the base of the sprouts and then slice them in half lengthwise.

-Cover large baking sheet with parchment paper.

-Place the sprouts cut side down and evenly space them on the baking sheet.

-Drizzle 4-5 Tablespoons of La Tourangelle Garlic oil evenly, all over the Brussel sprouts.

-Gently move the sprouts around in the oil to cover them thoroughly.

-Place the large baking sheet into the oven and roast for 20-30 minutes until golden brown on the cut side.

-With a spatula, serve roasted Brussel sprouts as a side dish with your favorite meal and enjoy!
