“I don't like Brussel sprouts!”

Kids are notorious for not liking their vegetables when it comes to dinnertime. Especially Brussel sprouts. For decades they have been one of the most feared vegetables that children don't even like the sound of.

A hearty, perennial plant that can be grown into the winter months, Brussel sprouts are loaded with vitamins, minerals, protein, and cancer-preventing glucosinolates. For instance, one cup of Brussel sprouts contains 129% of vitamin C and an incredible 243% of the recommended vitamin K you need for the day.
